Al Hassan Model College

Introduction

In 2004, the Foundation established an intermediate college – Al Hassan Model College of Computer Science – for scientific and religious education for the deserving students of the region. The college building has 40 rooms, including a library and laboratories for Computer, Chemistry and Physics. Currently, 60 students are getting education in the I.C.S, and F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering and Pre-Medical) programmes.

Al Hassan Model College of Computer Science is affiliated with AJK Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Mirpur.

Aim

The college has been established with an aim to provide quality education to the students of this region. Special efforts are made for character building to the make the students good citizens.

College Building & Facilities

The college building has many facilities for students including three well-equipped laboratories. A well-furnished library has sufficient number of books, magazines and newspapers to enhance technical as well as general knowledge of the students. A canteen has also been established to meet the refreshment needs of the students. The college also has a public call office and a health clinic.

Hostel

The college also provides hostel facility to all of it’s students. The hostel is run under the supervision of a Superintendent.
